Guest Ratings & Reviews
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. While the rooms facing the central courtyard were extremely noisy, the ones facing the street were the best rooms. However, those rooms were very dingy and dark with only a window facing an internal corridor, making it hard to ignore the dirt. The service was nice and helpful, but I did encounter issues like not drinkable orange juice and having to ask for a bottle of water. The location was convenient for those wanting to explore downtown Guadalajara. The dining experience had its downsides with issues like not drinkable orange juice, yet the homemade preserves were a nice touch.
The hotel has a convenient location close to downtown with clean and comfortable rooms, although working at the desk may not be ideal. The staff are nice and helpful, but the dining experience could be improved. The hotel offers decent facilities, making it a good value for money.
The hotel is conveniently located near downtown with a nice and helpful service but has dark and modestly furnished rooms. Despite the cleanliness, the appearance is a bit dingy, and the view from the window is not appealing. However, the price is reasonable for the value provided.
The hotel offers clean and comfortable rooms despite some darkness and modest furnishings. The service was nice and helpful, although there were minor issues with the drink quality. It is conveniently located close to downtown and the historic district, but lacks a more secure parking option. The dining experience, while offering homemade products, had some shortcomings. The facilities are decent, although improvements could enhance the overall experience.
The hotel is conveniently placed close to downtown and the Historic Center, making it a suitable choice for exploring the area. The rooms, although clean and comfortable, face a noisy central courtyard, which can be a downside for light sleepers. The service provided is nice and helpful, but improvements are needed, especially in the dining experience. Overall, a decent option for those prioritizing location and value for money.
